On Friday January 17th, Five Decatur students competed at the Regional Science Fair. They did an amazing job! The project The Effect of Chicago Water on Plant Growth by Aditya Nanda and Will McCaffrey and the project Can't You Remember? by Alexis Keener scored the highest among all other 6th grade projects at the fair! They received an Outstanding Rating and qualified for a special recognition event later this year for exceptional 6th grade projects. In addition, Jay Huang with his project Balloon Car and Lily Meegoda with her project How to Break Down Water received excellence ratings. Congratulations to our extremely hard working students!
