Congratulations to the two Decatur FIRST Lego League teams that made their debut at the City Qualifier on Sunday, Dec. 15 at Speer Academy. Decatur students worked together to code a robot to complete as many missions as they could on a playing field. Teams also presented in front of judges to describe how they built and designed their robot, what problem they identified and created a solution for within their community and as well as describe how they worked together as a team this season. While we did not advance to the State Championship, we have learned so much in our rookie year and students are excited to get started on next year's competition! Way to go teams - we are so proud of everything you've accomplished this season!
