Welcome! Decatur Classical School is a Chicago Public School that is designed for academically talented students. A classical program is provided for children who excel one to two years above grade level. Here, children are provided the opportunity to participate in both an enriched and accelerated academic program emphasizing traditional liberal arts. The Decatur Classical Yahoo group is an informal network for parents to discuss and share information.
