Decatur students are excited for our Jog-a-thon on October 18th! See information below.
In order to clarify any confusion, permission slips were changed this year to strictly an OPT OUT form. There is no need to return the form unless your child cannot participate or have snacks at the jog-a-thon.
Please be sure to communicate to your child’s classroom teacher by this Wednesday, September 27th via email what size shirt your child needs.
The website for online donations is now up and running. The link is https://one.bidpal.net/jogathon2017/browse/all . When you go to the website you must create a login and search by your child’s name. All students have been loaded into the site with a standard fundraising goal of $100 per child. If you wish to go above or below that goal it is totally up to you.
If you do not see your child’s name when you log in or want to make any individual page changes, in terms of goals or uploading a jpeg photo file of your child, please send all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday October 4th.
The family sponsorship can be done through the website as well . If you search family sponsor that page should come up and you can choose the amount you wish. If you wish to have a 35 character or less message posted on the back of the shirt please email the text to email@example.com.
The family sponsorship for the Jog-a-thon has just been extended to 10/6!!!!
All family sponsorships will be included in the classroom totals. If you have multiple children at Decatur we can split the sponsorship so each child will get credit toward their classroom. If you wish to include a t-shirt message please email the 35 character or less saying to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 10/6 with your child’s name included in the email no later than 10/6 as well.
